**IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT UPDATE**

Please be advised that in the coming weeks we will have a debut a new gate software which will require dispatchers or those booking appointments to select the correct Truck Number (license) with the Driver when booking the appointment. 

Currently if this is incorrect driver receives a trouble ticket and they are allowed to gate in as gate clerk can correct it.

This will not occur once new system is live, if incorrect the driver will be turned around at the gate and dispatcher will need to correct information on a new appointment. 

Please inform all those making appointments to not simply select the first truck license number on the drop down, IT MUST BE CORRECT NUMBER.
